80% of our teachers are full-time teachers with experience in teaching Chinese as a second language, which ensures that the teacher is a well-qualified professional teacher. We believe that language learning is not only just an accumulation of new knowledge, but also about cultivating learning habits, especially for language learning. Our teaching philosophy emphasizes on the practical application of Chinese in real-life situations. In an all-Chinese speaking environment, students will be able to learn the true nuances of the Chinese language.

We have developed 4 major types of Chinese courses: long-term course, specialized course, practical course and examination course. The 4 major types of course can be further subdivided into 17 minor types of Chinese courses. We also have different types of practical courses. For example, Modern Chinese, Chinese Idioms, Clear Pronunciation, Magic Grammar, Shuoba! Movie Club, etc.

Shuoba! has developed four Chinese proficiency levels (4S): Start level, Sprint level, Stroll level and Stride level. Through a free Chinese proficiency test, we will be able to gauge a student’s proficiency in Chinese, in order for us to design a personal study plan which will improve their proficiency further.

Shuoba! provides students with a comprehensive and friendly service, including top-quality course consultants and support services throughout the whole course duration.

On the basis of the regular feedback from the students on our teachers and other services, we seek to make improvements on our teaching quality to ensure that we exceed the expectations of our students!

Through periodic testing, we monitor students’ progress during their course duration to ensure that the students are progressing at the expected rate.
