Xue Wei, the General Manager of Shuoba! Chinese Centre and the legal representative of Shuoba! Tokyo and Tianjin branches. He is also the Co-Founder of Shuoba! who graduated from Harbin University of Science and Technology in 1997 and studied for a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from 2000-2001. He loves marathon running, and completes at least 10 marathons in China or abroad every year! Xue used to work for the HR department of Hitachi (China) and started to do his own business from 2002 providing overseas student services, apartment rental services for foreigners in Beijing and Chinese training.

Li Fei (Coco), the headmaster of Shuoba! Chinese Centre. Coco graduated from Beijing Union University majoring in Tourism Management. She has been teaching Chinese as a foreign language since 2008. Coco joined Shuoba! Chinese Centre in 2014, she focused on teaching, researching and developing, engaged in educational administration and other management work, as a result has a deeper understanding of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.

Coco is a Beijinger. She has a deep love for the city which is not only rich in its cultural history, but also in its increasingly modern style. She hopes everyone can achieve their dreams by learning Chinese.

Yang Xiaohui has 9 years of foreign language teaching experience. Most of her students are the employees of Japanese companies, staff at the Japanese Embassy, their wives and children. As a teacher who has many years of foreign language teaching experience, she has been adhering to the teaching philosophy that "there are no bad students, only bad teachers."  Therefore, in the classroom, she is a professional teacher. The biggest feature of her teaching style is that she is extremely patient and meticulous, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility. For the good of her students, her requirements are strict, because she does not want to waste their money or time. After class, she is a genial, kind-hearted and enthusiastic girl who wants to make friends with more foreign people, so as to better understand foreign cultures. At the same time, she hopes she can be the bridge between China and the outside world, helping more and more foreign friends to fall in love with China.

Zhao Qun, teacher of Shuoba! Chinese Centre, graduated from Fujian Normal University, majoring in Chinese education with a Masters degree. She used to teach Chinese in The Philippines. She is good at teaching Chinese grammar and spoken Chinese. She has published two articles about teaching Chinese as a Second language. The atmosphere in her classes is relax and lively. She believes language is not only knowledge but also a way of thinking and culture learning.

Zhang Yifan has more than two years experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language (more than one year teaching experience abroad and one year in China) with senior teacher qualification certificates e.g. HSK test certificate (Level B), Mandarin level certificate (Level 2A). She loves teaching Chinese and enjoys teaching in the classroom. She is optimistic, enthusiastic and patient, and is methodical in her teaching, and hopes to make the life of foreign friends more convenient through teaching. Besides teaching Chinese, she is also good at Chinese calligraphy and cooking.

Lei Xiaoru has been a teacher at Shuoba! Chinese since 2014. She graduated from China Women's University with a Bachelor’s degree, majoring in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.

Peng Lin, the HR Administration Manager of Shuoba! Chinese Centre, she has 10 years HR experience and used to work as HR director or manager for China's scientific research institution and conglomerate, became the stakeholder and member of the board of the directors of a real estate company. She works as a HR for Shuoba since 2014, following the strategy steps of Shuoba at work, completing and conducting the management policy and process efficiently, recruiting the necessary talents and supporting the logistic work.
